FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Philadelphia-Based Security Firm Adds Healthcare Industry Expertise, Clients

SAN ANTONIO, TX — July 14, 2016
 — Delta Risk LLC, a global provider of cybersecurity and risk management services, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Allied InfoSecurity, a security consulting services firm. The acquisition follows recent announcements of new additions to the Delta Risk leadership team as the company continues to grow its portfolio of services and expand Federal and commercial market share.

Founded in 2006, Allied InfoSecurity is headquartered in suburban Philadelphia, PA. The company works with hundreds of clients, including many in the healthcare industry, to improve and manage information security programs, mitigate risk, and respond to regulatory and marketplace demands more quickly and effectively than they could on their own.

“Allied InfoSecurity is recognized for its commitment to and adeptness at providing organizations with best-in-class cybersecurity services,” said Scott Kaine, CEO of Delta Risk. “They’re a great complement to our managed security and consulting services. We’re looking forward to bringing the team on board and expanding our East Coast operations to better serve our clients.”

Allied InfoSecurity offers a wide range of information security capabilities and services that address business processes, technical infrastructure, and the human element of security. Through this acquisition, Allied InfoSecurity’s growing customer base will benefit from Delta Risk’s deep technical expertise and global reputation for excellence in training of world-class cybersecurity operations teams, managed cybersecurity and incident response capabilities, expanded CISO augmentation and advisory services, and industry leading cybersecurity program assessment and development offerings.

Allied InfoSecurity co-founder Michael McKinley, who currently serves as President and CEO, along with co-founder Patty H. Pezely, who currently serves as Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, will join the Delta Risk leadership team. Delta Risk plans to maintain current Allied InfoSecurity operations at its King of Prussia, PA office.

“Our focus on delivering pragmatic and impactful services at a fair price has always resonated with our customer base in healthcare, financial services, and beyond,” said McKinley. “As a part of The Chertoff Group and Delta Risk family, we are thrilled with the prospect of bringing expanded capabilities to our existing customers and the opportunity to greatly extend our reach in a vastly underserved marketplace.”

“Threats and risks continue to grow at an unprecedented pace, and the acquisition of Allied InfoSecurity adds additional capabilities to Delta Risk’s highly experienced team of security professionals who are committed to helping clients address today’s cyber challenges with trusted security programs,” said Michael Chertoff, who currently serves as a member of Delta Risk’s Board of Directors and who is executive chairman and co-founder of The Chertoff Group. “The founders and employees of Allied InfoSecurity have an excellent reputation in the security industry and amongst their clients, and we’re excited to welcome them to Delta Risk.”

In April 2015, Delta Risk LLC received a strategic investment of growth capital from a group of private equity investors affiliated with The Chertoff Group. This growth capital is working to support the Company’s outstanding existing leadership team and new hires as well as strengthen core business operations and accelerate growth.

Chertoff Capital LLC served as an exclusive strategic advisor to Delta Risk LLC. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
